Oregon Medical Laboratories' and Northwest Regional Laboratories' bills may be paid online using the form below. To get started, fill in your account information and the amount you wish to pay. Your account number is a unique number for each doctor/lab visit. If you have multiple invoices from OML for differing lab tests you will have a different account number for each invoice. Please submit payment for each invoice.
